This weekend is set to be a scorcher. If you ask us, the best way to stay cool is of course, with a gin! Check out our super simple Queen Cleo Elderflower Gin & raspberry lollies.
In just a few minutes, and with some super simple ingredients you've got yourself a tasty treat that is just a little naughty, but oh so nice!

You'll need
A silicon lolly mould for 6
A jug
Spoon or stirrer
INGREDIENTS
A handful of raspberries
50g caster sugar
250ml tonic water
50 - 75ml of Queen Cleo Elderflower Gin
Take your six-hole lolly mould and drop a few raspberries into each hole. In a jug, stir the gin, tonic and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the tonic loses its fizz. Divide between the moulds, push in the lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hrs, or preferably overnight.
